Facility Use Request
If you would like to use any facilities at New Hope, you will need to complete the attached Facilities Use Request Form. Once the form is returned to the church, you will be contacted with approval of the request. The form can be dropped off during any church service time, mailed to the church, or emailed to the church. If you have not heard back from the request within two weeks, please follow up on the request. If you are unable to download the form, please request it through the email address below.
